ABOUT THE REPUBLICAN CLUB OF LONGBOAT KEY
HISTORY
Originally incorporated in 1995 as the Longboat Key Club, Federated – a women’s republican political organization, which was started as a chapter of the Florida Federation of Republican Women, and which has since changed its name to the Republican Club of Longboat Key, LLC and includes male members. Club membership has grown to over 200 members.
MISSION STATEMENT
A uniting of concerned citizens to study the urgent issues of our time, collect and distribute essential information to the electorate, monitor the activities of elected officials, demand honest and responsive representation, encourage responsible management of public monies and debt, address matters of taxation, assist the volume of the public voice and its response to all matters of import, champion fair and fraud-free elections and protect our nation’s institutions and the principles and values enshrined in the U.S. CONSTITUTION and THE BILL OF RIGHTS upon which they are founded.

To recruit members into and involve them in the Republican Party and subsequently provide them with a practical means of Republican Party participation, leadership, training, and political involvement at all levels of government.

To support the principles, objectives and platform of the Republican Party and secure the election of all duly nominated Republican candidates in the General Election.
